Under the terms of the purchase agreement, MTEC test equipment and employees will be integrated within °ÄÃÅ2023È«ÄêÕý°æÃâ·Ñ×ÊÁÏ’s flagship Oil & Gas Materials Technology Center located adjacent to the Houston energy corridor.
